
Amazon FBA Outreach Specialist

This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in the client's outbound sales strategy. The primary point of contact for Amazon FBA sellers will be responsible for outreach, follow-up and CRM management.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to Amazon FBA sellers using provided scripts to introduce our offer and directly book them onto our closers' calendars.
- Follow-Ups: Manage ongoing lead engagement via SMS, DMs and email, handling objections, answering questions, rescheduling and pushing conversations toward booked calls.
- CRM Ownership: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in Pipedrive, ensuring outreach is logged, follow-ups are tracked and no lead is left behind.
- Calendar Coordination: Ensure our sales calendar is consistently booked with qualified, well-prepared leads. Handle reschedules and no-show reduction.
The successful candidate will be required to identify inefficiencies in outreach or scheduling processes and suggest improvements.
Requirements:- Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent, confident on cold calls and polished in writing.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, no lead or task falls through the cracks.
- Comfortable using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar and Zoom.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive and responsive during EST working hours (9 AM-5 PM preferred).
