Key Sales Development Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon sellers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, managing leads, and ensuring the sales team's calendar remains filled with qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Cold Outreach: Develop effective scripts to introduce our offer and directly book qualified leads onto our closers' calendars.
  • Lead Management: Manage ongoing lead engagement via SMS, email, and CRM management, handling objections, answering questions, rescheduling, and pushing conversations toward booked calls.
  • Calendar Coordination: Ensure our sales calendar is consistently booked with well-prepared leads. Handle reschedules and no-show reduction.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent, confident on cold calls and polished in writing.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is a strong plus.
