E-commerce Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts with precision and accuracy.
- Optimize product listings to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- Coordinate shipments from creation to successful delivery, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear and proactive communication.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions & data analysis).
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
