Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Network Recruiter to join our mental health service provider network in Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and matching qualified professionals with clients in need of mental health services.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand our mental health service provider network in China markets, including but not limited to China, Hong Kong, Macau. They will also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding mental health professionals to provide ad hoc psychological support to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database. They will also be able to maintain accurate applicant information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Provider database.

Responsibilities include:

  • Expand our mental health service provider network in China markets, including but not limited to China, Hong Kong, Macau
  • Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to provide ad hoc psychological support to clients
  • Assess client needs and match them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database
  • Maintain accurate applicant information in our ATS and Provider database
  • Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times
  • Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
  • Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
  • Ensure the confidentiality of clients' information at all times
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers regarding provider information

Requirements for the position include:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is preferred
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required
  • Experience recruiting in the Asian job market and managing databases of candidates is essential
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a remote setup and have experience working in a growing startup
