Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of various compliance programs. The successful candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance or risk management at a managerial level within financial services.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, communication, and leadership abilities. They will be able to manage regulatory obligations, conduct assessments, and ensure alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage regulatory compliance programs to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Develop and maintain reports to keep leaders informed of regulatory issues and audit findings.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in compliance, preferably in a managerial role within financial services.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with AML and BSP regulations an advantage.
