
Enterprise Sales Team Leader

As a manager in our revenue operations organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our global field sales teams and external marketplace vendors.
This is a people management role where you will lead a team of specialists across 3 timezones, supporting the high touch enterprise sales teams and external marketplace vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the Global Business Owner for strategy and vision
- Oversee day-to-day team activity and performance as a hands-on people manager
- Ensure team of specialists are achieving and exceeding internal KPIs
- Serve as the point of contact supporting vendors with questions during the sales cycle
- Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze the internal efficiency, including SLAs and support volumes
Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with other teams to support the sales cycle.
You will partner with content managers and analysts for the creation and maintenance of process documentation.
Handle escalations in a timely manner and expedite resolution of problems as they arise
Maintain operational reporting and delivery of executive updates
Training and onboarding of new specialists
Drive ongoing improvement of related processes and systems
Partner with analysts on projects to identify repeatable data entry processes suitable for automation
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory/Management role
- BS/BA in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Proficient with Excel and must have quoting/billing/vendor management background in a B2B setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work/influence across organizational boundaries
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
It would be great if you also have experience in using software applications, analyzing data, and creating reports
