Senior Director Analyst Job Description

Gartner seeks a seasoned Senior Director Analyst to drive client demand for its research through thought leadership. This role entails producing innovative, fact-based research on key topics such as data and analytics governance, leadership, and organizational models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic research agendas to meet client needs and expand Gartner's market presence.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform research outputs.
  • Publish high-quality research reports, presentations, and other content to engage clients and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure knowledge transfer and team success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in data and analytics governance, leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact research and thought leadership pieces.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a graduate degree preferred.
