Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Practitioner to support the management and continuous improvement of our enterprise Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and coach teams on Agile principles tailored to the needs of the Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system.
  • Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
  • Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
