About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Linux Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux and open source technologies, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on Linux and open source technologies
- Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux and open source technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Mastery of Linux operating systems, including Red Hat and Ubuntu
- Experience with open source software development methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS and Azure
