You'll Be DoingThis position involves processing and managing candidate applications received through job postings on various TTEC job boards for associate and support roles in a high-volume recruitment environment. You'll report to the Senior Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Shared Services.

During a Typical Day, You'll

Perform administrative duties such as moving candidates through the application process, conducting pre-screening interviews over the phone, assisting candidates via chat, email, or phone, and handling tasks from onsite recruitment teams. Engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds supporting regions including the United States, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Poland, New Zealand, Australia, and the Philippines.

The role requires working in various shifts, including night and graveyard shifts. Meet operational requirements such as targets, hiring quotas, performance metrics, and timely processing of candidate concerns, ensuring excellent candidate experience and client satisfaction. Maintain professionalism, ensure work quality, and adapt to changing shifts and requirements in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring To

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate professionally with candidates via various mediums. Willingness to learn recruitment technologies like ATS, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
