Talent Shared Services Senior Associate

Work Setup: Hybrid (Primarily remote with onsite work at The Sactum in Quezon City twice a week on a rotational basis. Occasional reporting at The Hideout in Clark, Pampanga, approximately twice a month)

The Talent Shared Services Senior Associate plays a vital role in supporting the organization's growth and success by managing various HR functions. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring employee satisfaction, and administering compensation and benefits programs. Your ability to build strong relationships, resolve employee concerns, and stay up-to-date with HR best practices will be essential to your success in this role.

What does a day in the life of a Talent Shared Services Senior Associate like?

• Ensures all transactions are processed, documented and delivered within defined SLAs and quality standards and that work instructions are diligently followed; escalates issues as needed
• Processes and/or reviews more complex transactions; performs duties and responsibilities with limited supervision
• Follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and reports barriers to Supervisor
• Responds to emails and enquiries in a timely manner
• Prepares and contributes to reporting as directed
• Ensures all new process updates are incorporated while processing transactions
• Identifies potential areas for process improvements and makes recommendations to Supervisor, initiates and/or participates in process improvement initiatives
• Actively participates and completes the performance management and development plan activities
• Responds to customer needs and inquiries, exercises good judgment in applying concepts and guidelines
• Assists the Supervisor as requested such as monitoring status of service delivery queues and resource planning; provides assistance to less experienced team members
• Fills in during the absence of the Supervisor (if needed)

What are the required qualifications for a Talent Shared Services Senior Associate?

• 1-2 years work experience preferred including prior Shared Services/BPO and/or HR Operations experience
• With sound understanding of HRIS, Project Management System, and similar Human Resources Systems
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer orientation; works effectively with others
• Anticipates customers' needs and proactively identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service
• Displays positive attitude; meets challenges and changes with an open mind, demonstrates commitment to the job
• Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills; able to exercise judgment in day to day work activities
• Takes initiative and follows through as appropriate; attentive to details; efficiently processes high volume of transactions
• Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements
• Good keyboarding and data entry skills
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in remittances (SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig)
• HRIS and ticketing system
• Google Sheets & Excel
