
Optimizing Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee and optimize our talent acquisition operations. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our recruitment strategies, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing our employer brand.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a passion for creating a world-class candidate experience. They should have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, technologies (including AI), talent intelligence, and analytics.
Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and compliant TA processes, workflows, and documentation. The successful candidate will also manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other TA-related technologies.
Develop communication strategies to engage candidates between offer acceptance and their start date.
Oversee vendor relationships related to TA (e.g., job boards, background check providers).
Manage the logistics and coordination of recruitment events and activities.
Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements, and share knowledge with the team.
Develop and deliver training and resources to hiring managers and the TA team on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.
Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.
Manage our online presence on career sites and social media platforms.
Develop compelling job descriptions and other recruitment marketing materials.
Participate in industry events and build relationships to enhance our employer brand.
Track and report on recruitment expenses.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Regularly analyze TA metrics and identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Implement data-driven solutions and best practices to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our TA function.
Conduct regular audits of TA processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI solutions to enhance TA efficiency and candidate experience.
Collaborate with TA and clients or internal hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive pre-hire onboarding experience for new employees.
Oversee the offer letter process, contract signing, and background checks.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure TA success.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role and have done so effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
