About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote role offers the opportunity to take ownership of talent acquisition while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, focusing on a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workable to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate the offer process with our Legal Team.
Talent Operations
  • Support the launch of new initiatives.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, making them feel welcomed and set up for success.
  • Manage and update employee records using HR systems.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
  • Support additional culture and HR initiatives as-needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS, familiar with platforms like Workable Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or other.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
