Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Marketing Leader to spearhead our recruitment marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent attraction strategy that drives candidate engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing. They will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience:

  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving candidate engagement and conversion
