Job Summary:
This role involves leadership direction and strategic guidance to ensure the recruitment team performs at expected levels. The Talent Acquisition Strategist will report to the Recruiting Director and be responsible for implementing best practices and promoting the company brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular metrics to executive leadership, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met, including client SLAs and process compliance.
- Act as escalation point for issues, identifying optimal solutions for both parties.
- Support recruiters with workload allocation, forecasting volume, planning headcount, and optimizing performance.
- Deliver effective performance optimization of team members, setting KPIs, devising development plans, and providing mentoring.
- Recruit and induct new staff, ensuring training and onboarding processes minimize disruption and improve time to productivity.
- Maintain and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Perform managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and managing recruitment teams.
- Help the team meet established goals and metrics.
- Establish regular communication, participate in daily huddles, and team meetings with set agendas.
- Serve as front-line escalation for executive leadership and the recruitment management group.
- Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
- Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment groups to ensure partnership success.
- Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs to facilitate excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop comprehensive strategies to attract IT professionals in Latin America, aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels and develop strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent desirable.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.
- Experience handling offshore recruitment processes and interacting with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters.
