Job Title

The ideal candidate for this role will possess exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They will be responsible for managing client files, tracking invoices, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client documents, including uploading and downloading files from the client portal
  • Track and invoice recurring payments, run monthly financials, and perform collections by analyzing aging reports and communicating with clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects, such as tax calculations, extensions, annual engagement letters, and updating client information in software systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience, preferably in an accounting setting
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
