Financial Data Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Data Clerk to support our nonprofit client. The ideal candidate will accurately record monetary donations using LGL, a donation management software.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enter financial data into LGL efficiently and with precision.
  • Maintain and update records in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email, providing timely support.
  • Make follow-up calls when necessary to ensure seamless communication.
  • Generate financial reports as required to inform key stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience with Excel and QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective donor interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with ease.
  • Prior experience in financial management or the nonprofit sector is preferred but not mandatory.
