Bookkeeper Role

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to fill a key position in our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transaction Management: Record transactions for Accounts Payable (AP), reconcile bank accounts, and verify transactions and ledgers.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Run regular expense reports and distribute them to management, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements as applicable.
  • Additional Tasks: Other tasks may be assigned by management to support the team's goals.
Qualifications:
  • Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Equipment Requirements: Basic computer equipment with i5 Gen 11 processor and 16GB RAM, extra monitor, internet connection speed no less than 50 Mbps, and headset with noise-cancellation feature.
