We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support to our clients.
About the Role:- Provide end-user service desk support via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage incidents and requests within a ticketing system.
- Perform daily ticket follow-ups with end-users.
- Resolve username and password problems.
- Support software installations and uninstallations.
- Provide multifactor authentication and VPN support.
- Offer remote hardware support for various devices.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Ticket Follow-up: Perform daily follow-ups on outstanding tickets.
- Password Reset: Resolve username and password issues.
- Hardware Support: Provide remote assistance for laptops, tablets, mobile devices, monitors, and printers.
- Software Support: Assist with software installations and uninstallations.
- Security Support: Offer multifactor authentication and VPN support.
