This role is responsible for the capability uplift of our people, focusing on induction, training delivery, driving capability improvement, developing new skills, and governing learning compliance.

The Capability Analyst will provide analytical support and coordination for the Capability Function in Australia Commercial. Key responsibilities include conducting research and data collection, analyzing and synthesizing information, managing records (including compliance records), engaging with stakeholders, managing project and training schedules, and preparing and delivering documentation and presentations.

The successful candidate will have experience in capability development and competency uplift, a high level of customer focus, and strong technical skills across Excel, LMS, Confluence, and other relevant tools & systems.

This role requires a strong implementation and collaboration focus, with the ability to lead self and others through change. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated effective communication skills and a focus on Continuous Improvement & Change.
