Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web chat
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve customer complaints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Linux system administration and technical support
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
