Linux Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Linux software engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications for Linux-based systems.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and a passion for open source software. You should be proficient in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, or Rust, and have experience with Linux system administration.
The role involves working on a range of projects, from kernel development to application software, and collaborating with other engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of Ubuntu Core, a fully containerised version of Ubuntu.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, or Rust
- Strong understanding of computer architecture and system design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
