Job Description

As a Software Support Engineer at Canonical, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer problems related to Ubuntu and other open-source software.

You will work in a dynamic and exciting engineering role, covering all layers of the stack, including bare metal, virtualization, containerization, storage, networking, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and open-source applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Linux and open-source software
