Job Title: Community Engagement Manager

The primary objective of this role is to promote and maintain a strong, engaged community through effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships with community members, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive growth and satisfaction.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Promote and coordinate community engagement initiatives to increase participation and retention rates.\
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication between stakeholders.\
  • Set and manage community expectations by actively seeking feedback and implementing changes to improve the overall community experience.\
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform community development strategies and make recommendations for improvement.\
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address community pain points and develop targeted solutions.\
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on community insights and trends to internal and external stakeholders.\
  • Develop and implement community-building strategies to foster a sense of belonging and engagement among community members.\
  • Identify and track relevant community key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and impact.\
  • Plan and execute community satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and inform future initiatives.

    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful community engagement strategies.

  • Qualifications:\
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.\
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in vendor management, sourcing, crowdsourcing, talent acquisition, or ATS development.\
    • Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual environment.\
    • Demonstrated business English language proficiency.
