Marketing Ambassador Role

We are seeking a Marketing Ambassador to own and execute influencer marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research and engage with trend-savvy creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Develop and manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns from outreach to performance tracking.
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with influencers and ensure campaign budgets are optimized.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, audience engagement and content quality to continually improve strategies.
  • Build and maintain a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign ROI and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics and content trends.
  • Familiarity with or genuine interest in the psilocybin/microdosing space.
  • Ability to work Asia-aligned hours.
