As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll provide top-notch service and support to customers by addressing their inquiries effectively.
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who excel at delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess strong English proficiency, both written and spoken. Prior call center experience is mandatory, and candidates must reside within 80km of our office location.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and critical thinking
- Conducting thorough research to gather relevant information that supports customer needs
- Accurately documenting interactions and processing claims in a timely manner

Requirements- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior call center experience is essential
- Work-from-home experience is highly valued
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
