Dedicated Customer Support Representative

This position involves delivering customer service and resolving routine issues related to clients' products or services.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Ensure that customer service meets contractual performance metrics
- Clarify Customer Requirements: Probe for understanding, utilize decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution
- Listen Actively: Demonstrate empathy while building rapport with customers
- Courteous Interaction: Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
- Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
- Accurate Work: Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
- Customer Satisfaction: Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Additional Services: Offer additional products and/or services
- Information Management: Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking database
- Inquiry Response: Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff
- Education and Experience: High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
- Customer Orientation: Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Technical Skills: Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Dependability and Attention to Detail: Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Multi-Tasking and Adaptability: Skilled in multi-tasking, flexibility, and adaptability
- Tolerance for Repetitive Work: Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work as a team member and independently
- Patient Communication: Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations
- Shift Rotation: Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
