Job Opportunity:

This role is focused on enhancing case conversions through a voice-based intake system.

  • Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, building rapport, and handling objections.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

A successful candidate will be accountable for meeting daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks, while maintaining accurate records using CRM tools.

We are seeking someone who can operate independently with minimal supervision and maintain consistent internet connection and functional equipment.

The following skills are required:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered call analysis tools or willingness to learn and adapt to them.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in handling campaign shifts based on business needs.

Requirements:
  • Law graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
  • Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.
