  • Call patients to book their treatments as per company protocols
  • Manage patient approvals, denials, and follow-up lists efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team for EACR treatment block bookings and LTD approvals

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting such as Physiotherapy or Dental clinics
  • Background in healthcare administration or patient coordination is preferred
  • Excellent organizational, time management, phone, and email communication skills are essential
  • Able to multitask and manage scheduling efficiently
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Workspace (Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs)
  • Proficiency in handling insurance claims (MVA, WSIB, BlueCross, Sun Life) and billing is an asset
