We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our healthcare team, driving results through excellent management and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare operations, including DME, claims, and HIPAA compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team with 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or similar setup.
- Develop strategic plans to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and remote work environments is preferred.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Have 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare BPO or similar environment.
- Possess experience in U.S. healthcare processes, DME, claims, and authorizations.
- Demonstrate proven team management, coaching, and escalation resolution skills.
- Familiarize yourself with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems.
- Be proficient in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Have remote/hybrid work experience as an advantage.
