Job Description Design, develop, and maintain healthcare-focused software applications. Collaborate with the analytics department to implement data-driven solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences. Identify and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in application development. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Document technical specifications and provide training for end-users, if required. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align application development with organizational goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Application Developer should have: Technical Leadership : Proven experience in guiding teams in agile, fast-paced environments, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results. Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience also considered. Technical Expertise : Skilled in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks like .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js. Experienced in API development, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with Azure Application Insights is a plus. Front-End Proficiency : Knowledgeable in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a focus on responsive design principles. DevOps & Tools : Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and database management (SQL and NoSQL). Leadership & Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, maintain code quality, and ensure project success across diverse teams.
