Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our business by acquiring new clients through face-to-face consultative selling. You will develop strategies to penetrate key industries such as tech, BPOs, logistics, healthcare, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new client acquisition through face-to-face consultative selling, particularly to C-level executives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate key industries (e.g., tech, BPOs, logistics, healthcare, consulting).
  • Own and deliver on country revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce.
  • Lead cross-border business opportunities and collaborate with regional/global teams.

Account Management:

  • Retain and grow existing accounts via upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead renewals, pricing negotiations, and contract management.
  • Provide clients with tailored solutions aligned with their business needs.
  • Build long-term client relationships and oversee implementation of new business.

Leadership & Internal Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor local business development and marketing teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, medical, finance, legal, and HR to ensure service excellence.
