Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national sales and marketing strategies across retail, hospital, and pharmacy channels for the Cardio-Neuropsych segment.
  • Drive new product launches and manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Execute data-driven brand-building initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to drive growth.
  • Build and lead a large-scale field force (200+ team members), ensuring strong execution and performance management.
  • Foster key relationships with KOLs, healthcare providers, regulatory stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams.
The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, preferably in Cardio and Diabetic segments.
  • Proven success in leading large teams and managing business units with strong commercial outcomes.
  • Regional exposure preferred - ideally with 5-6 years based outside India, especially in Manila, Singapore or Jakarta.
  • Strong understanding of brand building, go-to-market strategy, and P&L accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
