Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Lead national sales and marketing strategies across retail, hospital, and pharmacy channels for the Cardio-Neuropsych segment.
- Drive new product launches and manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Execute data-driven brand-building initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to drive growth.
- Build and lead a large-scale field force (200+ team members), ensuring strong execution and performance management.
- Foster key relationships with KOLs, healthcare providers, regulatory stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, preferably in Cardio and Diabetic segments.
- Proven success in leading large teams and managing business units with strong commercial outcomes.
- Regional exposure preferred - ideally with 5-6 years based outside India, especially in Manila, Singapore or Jakarta.
- Strong understanding of brand building, go-to-market strategy, and P&L accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
