Job Title: Senior Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will play a vital role in transforming healthcare technology.

  • You will design and develop software applications focused on improving patient outcomes and care coordination.
  • Collaborate with the analytics department to implement data-driven solutions that drive business results.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences through agile development methodologies.
  • Identify and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align application development with organizational goals.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in application development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience guiding teams in agile environments with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience also considered.
  • Technical expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks like .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
  • Experience with API development, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
