Job Description:

Senior HRBP Manager for Total Rewards


As a Senior HRBP Manager for Total Rewards, you will collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement compensation strategies that align with organizational objectives and competitive positioning in the market.


The successful candidate will oversee the development and administration of compensation structures, including salary reviews, merit increases, and performance-based bonuses. You will also conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation packages are competitive and equitable.


In addition, you will administer employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other benefits, ensuring they are cost-effective and meet employee needs.


Key responsibilities include designing and managing incentive plans, communicating clear and effective information about compensation and benefits offerings to employees, and leveraging data analytics and reporting tools to assess program effectiveness.


Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations is crucial in this role, as well as working closely with HR leadership to integrate Total Rewards into the company's employee value proposition and overall talent management strategy.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in human resources with focus on compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards.
  • Strong background in retail and proven track record in designing and implementing competitive compensation & benefits strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and performance management processes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and compensation data to make informed decisions.
  • Prior experience in retail or similar industries is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and data analytics tools, with strong Excel skills.
