Job Opportunity

High-level customer support is essential for businesses to maintain a positive reputation and build trust with clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome and facilitating seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, chats, and video meetings by routing them to the relevant team member.
  • Develop best practices for waiting room etiquette and maintain a professional Zoom room environment.
  • Collaborate with managers and customer support representatives to ensure efficient customer service.
  • Provide feedback to leadership to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Connect senior specialists with scheduled customers and facilitate urgent escalations when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as receptionists or schedulers, preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and important information readily available.
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete multiple tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers.
  • Emotional intelligence to adjust communication style based on the nature of the interaction.
