Marketing Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Ambassador to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for executing influencer marketing efforts and building relationships with key stakeholders.

About The Role

The Marketing Ambassador will own and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring that partnerships drive real business results. This includes researching and identifying influencers across various social media platforms, managing campaign lifecycles, and tracking performance metrics.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively research, identify, and collaborate with influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — focusing on trend-savvy, brand-aligned creators.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns: outreach, onboarding, content coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators, ensuring campaigns stay within scope.
  • Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to continually optimize efforts.
  • Maintain and grow a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign ROI and performance metrics.
Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools and analytics software.
