
Expert Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our team. As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support and experience through our online platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases when necessary. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of valuable self-service support content and help shape the Sophos Community into a vibrant and engaging space for customers.
In this role, you will work closely with various internal teams to resolve complex issues and drive product improvement. You will also have the chance to collaborate with other Support Engineers to share knowledge and best practices.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support and experience through our online platforms

- A strong understanding of IT security concepts, including antivirus, networking, and encryption technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical tools
