Job Title: Distant Help Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to provide top-notch assistance to our customers remotely.

The ideal candidate has expertise in technical support, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems. The following are the primary responsibilities of this position:

  • To manage and update support tickets for efficient tracking.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and document resolution steps.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to address their needs.
  • Contribute to creating and improving knowledge base materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry tools and services.

The following are the key qualifications required for this position:

  • A minimum 150 Mbps internet speed and remote setup is mandatory.
  • Experience in technical support, preferably remote, is highly desirable.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems is required.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-player mindset are necessary.
