Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Provide proactive support to customers by anticipating and addressing potential issues.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, English, or Journalism.
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment.
