We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails, resolve support inquiries of various difficulties, and maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support via calls, chats, and emails
- Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is a must
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Basic understanding of networking and cybersecurity
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
