About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing solutions to resolve customer problems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop solutions to resolve customer problems.
- Work with internal teams, such as engineering and product development, to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of company products and services is a plus.
