Job Title: Customer Experience Optimization Specialist

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer service operations, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to improve the overall customer experience.

This role ensures that customer interactions are monitored, measured, and optimized in alignment with organizational goals.

The selected individual will have a strong background in business analytics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer service operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer-centric initiatives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Experience in customer service analysis, business analytics, or related roles.
  • Skilled in documentation, research, and resolution of issues.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining accuracy.
