As a valued member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in establishing connections with potential customers, fostering interest, and scheduling consultations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Making proactive outreach calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
  • Scheduling meetings between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  • Accurately documenting information in our system to ensure seamless data management
  • Representing the company with professionalism and integrity when engaging with contacts
  • Ensuring all interactions meet high standards to maintain exceptional customer service
  • Providing timely and accurate reports to support informed decision-making
  • Contributing to process-improvement initiatives to drive continuous growth and excellence
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers
  • A strong internet connection and dedicated workspace to ensure productivity
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
