Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Finance team as a Head of Global Accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and implementing the accounting strategy for the AP/AR areas globally.

  • You will oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly AP/AR financial statements including consolidation and reporting for 25+ entities.
  • You will implement best-in-class accounting processes for the company globally.
  • You will lead projects and manage improvement resources including performance reporting.
  • You will identify opportunities to improve the business in terms of growth and profitability through diffusion & utilization of financial statements or insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing a dynamic team of accountants.
  • Owning and implementing the accounting strategy for the AP/AR areas globally.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
