Position Title: Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (BPO I Shared Services)Location: Taguig (On-site, Monday to Friday)Salary: PHP 350,000 400,000 Basic per month Job Summary: The Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities for the organization. This role is critical in providing strategic financial insights, driving performance, and supporting executive decision-making in a BPO or shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and variances to identify trends and opportunities Prepare executive dashboards and financial reports for senior leadership Partner with operations and department heads to drive cost efficiencies and profitability Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis Oversee a team of FP&A professionals and ensure high-quality output and deadlines are met Qualifications: CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial qualification preferred At least 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, with 5 years in a leadership role Strong background in BPO or shared services Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
