Our client, a Global Medical Device MNC has experienced significant growth and has successfully increased its market presence and profitability. They are looking for a Head of Marketing and Strategy (Philippines) to drive strategic marketing, commercial excellence, and operational efficiency to grow the brand's market presence and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute in-country strategic marketing and commercial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead commercial excellence by optimizing channel distribution, partner onboarding, and revenue growth.
  • Enhance commercial operations through analytics, process optimization, and the deployment of digital tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial performance, compliance, and go-to-market effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • MBA/Bachelors in marketing, business administration, with extensive industry experience.
  • Strong background in consulting strategy, with track record of delivering impactful business strategies and solutions.
  • Proven leadership and cross-modality selling experience.
  • In-depth experience in building scalable systems and processes that ensure clear financial visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.
