The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with a strong background in multi-entity accounting, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:A. Financial Management & Accounting OperationsOversee day-to-day accounting activities across all subsidiaries and business units. Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial reports for the group of companies.

Manage the general ledger, including intercompany transactions, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings. Review and approve journal entries, account classifications, and supporting documentation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to the management and board. Develop financial dashboards and KPIs to monitor company performance. C. Audit, Compliance & Internal ControlsCoordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and successful audit completion.

Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, SEC filing requirements, and other regulatory bodies. Implement, monitor, and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets and data integrity. D. Taxation & Statutory ComplianceOversee tax planning, filing, and compliance including VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other local business taxes.

Liaise with BIR and local government units regarding tax assessments and compliance matters. E. Budgeting & ForecastingLead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business strategies and expansion plans.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and finance professionals. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ethical accounting practices, and professional development. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Experience:Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 - 5 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a group

Strong knowledge of PFRS, BIR regulations, and other statutory requirements.Proven experience in multi-entity and consolidated accounting.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the Philippines.For applications and inquiries, contact me at ******** (Please indicate your Accounting Head in the subject line)Seniority level
