As a finance expert, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals. At the heart of every business, finance is the backbone that keeps operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices for client funding and vendor payment, ensuring timely remittance to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Maintain accurate invoice tracking systems to optimize financial performance and reduce errors.
  • Reconcile collections with vendor payments to guarantee seamless financial operations and prevent discrepancies.
  • Manage NDC submissions from vendors to enhance process efficiency and reduce delays.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Review POGR reports to ensure timely closure of purchase orders and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support client-side closing activities, including expense accrual preparation and reconciliation to meet financial deadlines.
  • Monitor Account Finance KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive business growth.
Business Partnering and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Procurement and Operations teams to facilitate timely PO completion and ensure smooth execution.
  • Liaise with FSC and corporate finance teams to ensure alignment on policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with client LOB and finance teams to streamline reconciliation and process alignment, reducing errors and improving efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing all finance-related inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Facilitate training sessions for site teams, clients, and vendors on finance-related workflows to improve knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is essential for this role.

Three to four years' experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or similar financial operations roles is preferred.

Proficiency in financial reporting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel/Google Sheets modeling and PowerPoint presentations) is required.

Knowledge of internal controls and taxation is necessary to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing are essential for this role.

Excellent client communication and vendor relationship management skills are necessary to build strong relationships and resolve issues efficiently.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines is critical to success in this role.

Problem-solving and process improvement focus is essential to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
