Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email to discuss potential payment solutions.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements that meet the needs of both parties.
  • Update account information and payment statuses in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by maintaining open communication channels.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices is a plus.
  • Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred.
